Schedule of MBSR Graduate Drop-In Groups, 2010:
In January, February, April, May, and September and October, drop-ins will be held on the 2nd Wednesday and 4th Thursday of the month, 6:15-7:45 p.m.
In March there will be one drop-in group on Thursday, March 25, 6:15-7:45.m.
In June and July, drop-ins will be held on the 2nd Tuesday and 4th Thursday of the month, 6:15-7:45 p.m.
In August there will be one drop-in on Thursday, Aug. 26. In November and December there will be one drop-in each month: on Wednesday, Nov. 10 and Weds., Dec. 8.
All drop-ins are from 6:15-7:45 p.m and are held at the Stillpoint office: 1129 Main Ave., Ste 6.
* Donations for the drop-in groups are welcome (suggested range: $15-$25).
Fees for MBSR in Durango Program:
The full MBSR in Durango program cost is $495, which includes all materials. A sliding scale is offered based on household income.

Tuition may be paid in full at the time of registration or charged to a credit card via online payment with PayPal. You may also register and reserve a place in the class with a deposit of $100. Our goal and intention is to make the program available to all those who could benefit regardless of their ability to pay; please contact Stillpoint to discuss alternative payment options and arrangements.

To enroll in an MBSR in Durango class, please fill out a registration form and send it along with your payment. You may pay with a credit card on Paypal. Please make checks payable to: “Stillpoint”.
Make an Online Payment:
Payment for Counseling Services and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction in Durango programs may be made online through PayPal. Please follow the instructions for payment found by clicking the “Buy Now” button below.
(An additional $10 fee has been added for online MBSR class payments).
